This Sunday evening at 6pm, Sanctuary is hosting Dr Sam Issmer who does great work with the children of India. After over two decades of service to children through a Church related organization in South India, Dr. Issmer conceived and developed a new child care council in the early nineties called The South Asia Council for Community and Children in Crisis (SAC-CCC) to provide Christian oriented, value based educational, vocational and health care services to the deprived low caste community children and women.
