A Memorial Service for Lucas Alan Kurtz will be held at
Bristol United Methodist Church,
8014 199th Ave., Bristol, WI 53104,
Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016, at 6 p.m. with a reception to follow.
There will be a visitation with the family from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
