Stay and Wait

Posted on by

VERSE 1:
Who spoke the earth and sky to form
Who sets the sun and calls the dawn
Who breathed me out of dust to life
With the will to trust or run and hide

CHORUS:
I will stay should the world by me fold
Lift up Your Name as the darkness falls
I will wait and hold fast to Your word
Heart on Your heart and my eyes on Yours

VERSE 2:
Who loved me through my rebel way
Who chose to carry all my shame
Who breathes in me with endless life
The King of glory Jesus Christ

BRIDGE:
God of wonder and God of grace
Let my soul stand always to praise You
Fix my eyes on Your perfect way
And I’ll never look back

VERSE 3:
Who lifts the poor and heals the blind
Who trampled death for all mankind
Who stands for all with arms stretched wide
My King forever Jesus Christ

ARE YOU WASHED IN THE BLOOD

Posted on by

Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Chorus:
Are you washed in the blood?
In the soul cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless? Are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Lay aside the garments that are stained with sin
And be washed in the blood of the Lamb
There’s a fountain flowing for the soul unclean
O, be washed in the blood of the Lamb

SURELY OUR GOD

Chorus:
Surely our GOD is the GOD of gods
And the LORD of KINGS A Revealer of mysteries
Surely our GOD is the GOD of gods
And the LORD of KINGS A Revealer of mysteries

He changes the times and the seasons
He gives rhythm to the tides
He knows what is hidden in the darkest of places
Brings the shadows into His light

I’ll praise You always, My Father
You are LORD of Heaven and earth
You hide Your secrets from the wise and the learned
And reveal them to this, your child

Thank You for sending Your Only Son
We may know the mystery of GOD
He opens the treasures of wisdom and knowledge
To the humble, not to the proud

GIVE THANKS TO THE LORD

Give thanks to the LORD for He is good
And His love endures forever
Give thanks to the LORD for He is good
And His love endures forever

He is good, He is good
And His love will forever endure
We will bless His name as we all proclaim
That His love endures forever

He made the moon and the stars at night
And His love endures forever
With outstretched arm and by His might
And His love endures forever

Adonai, Adonai
Baruch Ha Shem Adonai
